Congratulations on completing Level 1 Energy Clearing and Level 2 Resilience | Let Go of Your Story,  Welcome to Level 3, Confident & Happy Being You.  

Level 3 is all about VALUING YOURSELF. You have come a long way already having cleared negative emotions and old patterns.  Building your resilience is essential to becoming confident and happy being you. Resilience is a skill you need to be truly confident.  

Being confident in yourself, your abilities and qualities is not something you are born with, you have to get to know yourself and learn HOW to be self assured, how to cope around other people.  

Confidence is knowing who you are, what you value and how to value yourself.  It is worthiness in action. Confidence means you feel good enough! This workshop will equip you with the knowledge, tools and actions to ensure you truly value yourself in order to feel confident and happy being you.    

WHY I HAVE CREATED FIND YOUR HAPPY WORKSHOPS

I have been blessed with the gift of being able to read the exact emotions a person is bottling up. This means I can go straight to the cause of their pain, anxiety, PTSD, depression, or just not feeling good enough.

My gift of understanding the human emotional anatomy means it is a quick systematic approach that allows the body to clear and release all the elements that keep you repeating experiences of the past.

Your Emotional Anatomy is  made up of the Chakra System and the Human Energy Field.  It is a natural stairway that guides you through your evolution.  I help teach you how to create clarity, balance and alignment to your true self.

The human body has physical and energetic anatomy. Without life force energy going through our body we are dead. All living creatures have energy centres or chakras. They are like pipework and inlet and outlet valves of this invisible electro-magnetic energy that helps keep us alive. It just so happens these energy centres are also our feeling centres. (Emotion is just energy in motion.) Our brain uses these 7 energy centres in our body to keep emotional data of our history. Chakras are also known as your imprinting system, or a recording system. So it is a very natural emotional system and when approached systematically it releases emotions very easily.
